A recent study at the University of Rochester Medical Center shows that while you are fast asleep dreaming of a Red Sox win, finding Mr. or Mrs. Right, and cream cheese frosting — your brain is hard at work cleaning itself. As Forbes reports, researchers have found that the human body has a system that works to clean brain cells and flush out toxins at night.
