Men’s Ice Hockey — One of the finest seasons in Bowdoin men’s ice hockey history came to a close in a 4-2 loss to Utica in the NCAA Quarterfinals on Saturday night.
Women’s Ice Hockey — Lauren Sullivan made 37 saves in her tenth shutout of the season to lead the Elmira College women’s ice hockey team to a 4-0 win over Bowdoin in the NCAA Quarterfinals Saturday night at Watson Arena.
Track and Field — Bowdoin’s Coby Horowitz earned All-American honors by placing third in the mile run at the NCAA Division III Championships Saturday at North Central College.
Women’s Lacrosse — The Bowdoin College women’s lacrosse team sprinted to an 8-0 lead and held on for an 8-5 win over Connecticut College on Saturday afternoon.
Men’s Lacrosse — Chad Sawyer scored the game-winning goal with eight seconds remaining to give the Connecticut College men’s lacrosse team a season-opening 13-12 win over Bowdoin on Saturday afternoon at Ryan Field.
