Minority College Applicants Expected to Rise Significantly by 2020 (The Chronicle of Higher Education)

The Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education projects that minority students will make up 45% of graduates from U.S. public high schools in 2020, up from 39% in 2009. While the number of white and black graduates will decline, the number of Hispanic and Asian-American/Pacific Islander graduates will rise, The Chronicle of Higher Education reports.
