Paul D. Miller ’92, aka ‘DJ Spooky,’ Artist With Attitude-in-Residence at The Met (New York Times)

Paul D. Miller '92, aka DJ Spooky that Subliminal Kid.

Paul D. Miller ’92, the writer, composer and multimedia artist who is perhaps better known as DJ Spooky that Subliminal Kid, has just begun his year-long artist residency at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

It kicked off with both a screening of the 1956 South Korean film, Madame Freedom, for which Miller composed a new soundtrack, and a profile in The New York Times, which mentions his time at the College and that he studied composition with Elliot Schwartz, Bowdoin’s Robert K. Beckwith Professor of Music Emeritus.
