Volleyball — The women’s volleyball team cruised to a pair of season-opening wins Friday night at the Endicott College Invitational. The Polar Bears defeated Gallaudet in their opener, 3-1 (25-17, 21-25, 25-20, 25-15) before pummeling Plymouth State University 3-0 (25-22, 25-18, 25-8).
