The Greatest Five Minutes in Bowdoin Sports History?

Hard to imagine another five minute period with so much going on!

On Sunday, the Men’s Soccer Team defeated Middlebury 2-1 after trailing 1-0 late in the game. They scored the equalizer late in the second half and the winner at 3:15 p.m. with one second remaining in the first overtime. Five minutes later, at 3:20 p.m., the Women’s Field Hockey Team won its third national championship in four years, defeating Messiah College on penalty strokes.

Men’s Soccer now travels to Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, to face Lynchburg (Va.) College December 3 in the Final Four of the Division III National Soccer Championship.
