New Yorkers know that the cheapest way off Manhattan’s East Side is to bypass the RFK bridge (formerly known as the Triborough Bridge), where tolls are a whopping $5.50 per vehicle, and to take the 109-year-old Willis Avenue Bridge into The Bronx.
